We take our promise seriously! In 2021, our owners founded the Helping People Foundation with the goal of promoting health, education, and work in the poorest regions of our world. Since then, 12 projects have been funded with over €1.3 million.
An important pillar for these opportunities are great sponsors, both individuals and companies.
BitterKraft! GmbH donates 30% of its annual revenue directly to humanitarian projects and to the organization of the Helping People Foundation. This donation is based on the social responsibility that we as a company assume.

“BitterKraft!” is produced according to the original recipe of Hildegard von Bingen, where we – just like the famous nun – rely on herbs that grow right “in our backyard.” All ingredients come 100% from controlled organic farming and are particularly gently filtered. For this, we work, among others, with a “brewer from the Artal.” Through the gentle, traditional production, e.g., with our BitterKraft! drops, we achieve a lower alcohol content than most products from our competitors.
